Deaf-ICC Secretary news on 23_Sept_2020
Dear DICC members and cricket fans,
We trust this message finds you well despite the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit every corner of the globe on a health, leisure, economic and social well-being basis.
Whilst it is appreciated that most sport, both in the domestic and international arenas, has been put on hold until further notice when the pandemic and the global economic landscape improves, the DICC have continued to work towards the following three objectives: -
- DICC AGM 2020 (postponed until further notice)
- DICC Cricket ODI World Cup 2021
- DICC T20 World Cup 2022
You will be certain to receive news and more details regarding the above events as soon as we can advise members and cricket fans to prepare for them.
DICC’s communication platforms: -
- Deaf-ICC – Facebook page
- (DICC) Deaf International Cricket Council – Telegram public group
- DICC members – Email via DICC Secretary
- deaficc.com– Home page
We are heading into an exciting new era and the next phase of the DICC’s most successful albeit brief history. The DICC is on course to achieve it’s 10-year business plan with bi-annual tournaments, for the most talented deaf cricketers in the world, due to take place in the next few years.
